【主な職務内容】
・財務分析・レポーティング
　- 月次・四半期の財務レポート作成をサポート
　- 差異分析を行い、主要な財務要因に関するインサイトを提供
・予算策定・フォーキャスト
　- 年次予算プロセスをサポートし、財務予測作成を補助
　- 経費をモニタリングし、予算との差異を報告
・ コンプライアンス・会計サポート
　- 財務データの正確性を確保し、会計基準および社内ポリシーに準拠
　- 税務、監査、規制関連の資料準備をサポート
・ キャッシュフロー・資金管理サポート
　- 日次キャッシュフローや運転資本のモニタリングを補助
　- 財務（トレジャリー）関連業務をサポート
・ プロセス・システムサポート
　- 特にSAP ERPを活用した業務改善プロジェクトに参画
　- 財務プロセスや内部統制に関する適切なドキュメントを維持
・協働・連携
　- 各地域のファイナンスチームと協力し、タイムリーなレポーティングと情報共有を確保
　- 経営陣から依頼されるアドホック分析やプロジェクトをサポート

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support variance analysis and provide insights into key financial drivers.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist in preparing financial forecasts.
- Track expenses and highlight deviations from the budget.
• Compliance & Accounting Support:
- Ensure financial data is accurate and aligned with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support tax, audit, and regulatory documentation as needed.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Support:
- Assist in monitoring daily cash flow and working capital.
- Provide support for treasury-related activities.
• Process & System Support:
- Contribute to process improvement projects, especially within SAP ERP.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial processes and controls.
• Collaboration:
- Work with finance colleagues across regions to ensure timely reporting and information sharing.
- Provide support in ad-hoc analysis and projects requested by management.
応募資格
【応募資格・必須条件（MUST）】
• 財務、会計、経済学または関連分野の学士号
• 財務・会計関連業務での実務経験（目安：3年以上）
• SAP ERPまたは類似システムの使用経験があれば尚可
• 財務報告の基礎知識およびExcelスキル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話が可能）
• 分析力に優れ、細部に注意を払い、学習意欲が高い方
• 複数業務を同時に進行し、期限を守れる能力

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in finance, accounting
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar systems preferred.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting basics and Excel skills.
• English: Business communication level (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
