仕事内容
【The role】
An office manager role to help in areas such as document authorisation coordination, e-banking, KYC Support, Internal Policy maintenance, supporting new joiners in setting up. The role will work closely with both the Trust Company CEO and Japan Country Head.

【Responsibilities／主な業務内容】

Business management, Company Seal Imprint, Gate Card, Key, Self-Assessment Support

Client Service, E-Banking Set up, Trust Accounting system (TrustPORT) Setup, Doc Delivery Support

Sales Support; KYC Coordination

Compliance Support; Internal Policy maintenance

Accounting Support; Cash balance reconciliation

Team Coordination; Office equipment management, Expense management, Scheduling, Corporate Service support, Call taking

HR Support; support for new joiners and leavers

Other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.


応募資格
Ability to work in fast paced business environment

Able to make decisions and deal with day to day matters of business management

Degree or similar level of educational qualification a plus

High school level of English language ability minimum

Knowledge of financial services industry an advantage but not essential

Drive to improve business practices and willingness to share ideas

Balance of work and life outside the office is very important
